At Valley of Scents we strive to provide you with top-quality products at lowest possible prices. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our products please send it back to us for a refund (less any shipping charges).

Return Policy
In order to return any merchandise to us you must contact us first and request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within. You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Makeup) within 30 days of receipt. Any merchandise not in it's original packaging condition or without a packing slip will incur a 20% restocking fee. Any shipping cost incurred in order to return the item(s) to us will not be refunded. Skincare items and Cosmetics are non-refundable for health reasons. Please make your selections carefully. We require the following information to process your return: 1. Full name and address 2. Phone number 3. Original Order Confirmation Number (if available) 4. The reason for returning the merchandise 5. RMA number

Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to NY and GA.

Shipping
We currently only offer standard ground shipping (4-10 Days) within the USA. The cost is $5.95 per order. Standard shipping is free for all orders totalling $75 or more within the USA. Shipping to Canada is $9.99 plus $0.99 per item. Your order will typically arrive within 4-10 business days. We offer international shipping at the standard rate of $16.99 plus $1.99 per item. You order will arrive within 14-21 business days. International orders (Canada included) will only be shipped to the cardholder's address. All international customers please note that you will be responsible for any applicable duties and taxes levied on your order. We have no control and cannot be responsible for these fees.

Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express Cards) as preferred method of payment. If you wish to use a personal check or a money order please contact us before placing your order.

Important Info
Due to recent increase in attempted fraudulent transactions we will now verify ALL international credit cards with the respective banks. Any domestic transactions where Address Verification System and/or CVV returns erroneus value, will also be verified. All fraudulent uses will be reported to authorities. (Updated 29 May 2006).
